ONLINE CONSULTATIONS AND WEBINARS

Our webinars and consultations are being held on Zoom. This platform allows us to see one another and exchange orally or in writing.

All sessions will be taped. If you miss any live webinar, you will be able to watch it at a later date. Recordings are usually available within 24 hours following the live presentation. They will be available on the training platform.

 

Procedure to Access the Zoom Platform

To access the virtual "meeting", all you have to do is to click on the link in the email you have received prior to the webinar or the consultation. If it is your first visit on Zoom, you will be asked to install a small software. The Zoom web browser will download automatically.

However, if you encounter any problems accessing the Zoom platform or if you wish to download it ahead of time, click here to access the Zoom website and then click on the Download button as you see in the illustration below.

The Zoom Menu Bar

When the group session starts, the Zoom menu bar will appear at the bottom of the Zoom window. If you don’t see it, move your mouse slightly and it will appear. (The bar disappears a few seconds after being in Full Screen mode.)

You will be able to:

  1. Deactivate / reactivate your audio (not audio of other participants).
  2. Stop/restart your video.
  3. Leave the webinar.

 

Technical prerequisite

In order to fully participate, we suggest you have a webcam, quality speakers with a microphone (or a headset) and a good internet connection. If you don’t have a webcam, you can still access the webinar. You will be able to see and hear us, but we will not be able to see you (which would be a shame).
